Stable: The First Stablechain Built for USDT

Stable: The First Stablechain Built for USDT Welcome to Stable — the first blockchain designed exclusively for stablecoins, powered by USDT , the world’s most used digital dollar. With over $150 billion in circulation and more than 350 million global users , USDT has become the backbone of crypto markets, DeFi, and international payments. Yet despite its ubiquity, the infrastructure it runs on hasn’t kept pace with growing demand. Fees remain unpredictable, transactions aren’t always fast, and users are often forced to juggle volatile gas tokens just to move stablecoins. Enterprises face scalability bottlenecks and compliance hurdles, while developers wrestle with unnecessary complexities. Stable was created to change that. It is a high-throughput Layer 1 blockchain purpose-built to move stablecoins at scale, enabling gas-free transfers, sub-second finality, ultra-low costs, and enterprise-grade Features . In short, the world’s most used asset finally has a chain worthy of it. What ...

Here’s Bitcoin price levels to watch as BTC acts as stablecoin

Image
After dropping below the crucial $110,000 support zone, Bitcoin (BTC) has entered a prolonged consolidation phase, with a trading expert identifying key price levels to watch. Specifically, Analysis by Ted Pillows indicates that with limited movement, the leading digital currency is showing signs of acting like a stablecoin, which could be the calm before volatility, he said in an X post on September 28. Bitcoin price analysis chart. Source: Ted Pillows According to his insights, at the current level, the $107,000 mark stands as immediate support. If that area fails to hold, Pillows noted that Bitcoin could fall toward the $100,000 zone, where stronger demand is expected. On the flip side, reclaiming $113,500 would put bulls back in control, opening the way toward $118,000 and potentially the $124,000 resistance. Bitcoin price remains in the chop zone  Meanwhile, Analysis by BitBull offered another outlook for Bitcoin amid the current indecision by tr...

According to Shaulov, other firms attempting to build such a platform could struggle with the costs. As stated by the executive, “Either it’s super expensive from an engineering standpoint and takes them a lot of time, or if they’re starting to do it manually, then, of cou...

Tether’s USDT Affected by ‘Panic Buying’ of Chinese Stocks: Report

USDT, the stablecoin issued by Tether, is reportedly experiencing the impacts of Chinese investors suddenly returning to their nation’s stock market. According to a new report by Bloomberg, USDT has at times traded below the value of the US dollar since the end of September. Stablecoins are usually pegged to the dollar or other assets at a 1:1 ratio. According to Dessislava Aubert, a senior research analyst at blockchain data firm Kaiko, the stablecoin discount coincided with China’s central bank implementing several easing measures in an effort to alleviate a worsening economic outlook that sent stocks surging upward. Says Livio Weng, chief executive officer of Hong Kong-based crypto exchange Hashkey, “If the traders are rushing to exchange back into fiat currency, it can be inferred that they are panic buying Chinese stocks.” Aubert suggests the slight USDT discount is indicative of a higher demand for dollars than the stablecoin. Ethena offers 27% on stablecoins but where is the yield coming from?

The launch of so-called ‘synthetic dollar’ Ethena ( USDe ) took place on Monday, alongside a heavily-shilled points programme, labelled as a ‘Shard Campaign.’ So far, over $300 million has been deposited into Ethena, which promises an internet bond with a ‘real yield’ of 27% for users who stake USDe. However, many are sceptical of the project’s sustainability, accusing Ethena of shortsightedness with respect to the source of the yield . After all, this isn’t the first time a stable source of high-yields has been marketed to the masses. The stable coin (or ‘synthetic dollar‘) is backed by a delta-neutral position that balances a basket of staked ETH derivatives with ETH shorts on centralized exchanges (CEX).  The high yields that have been promised are achieved by adding together the native staking yield (around 5%) and the funding rates paid to shorts, which is currently high ( over 20% ) due to bullish overall market sentiment. The tra...
